Oxygen Summit

A collection of high-level delegates from the public and private sectors; municipalities, investors, corporations, R&D centres and selected startups and SMEs to discuss how to change our cities so that they become more sustainable, environment-friendly, business-friendly, innovation-friendly, and people-centred. The purpose of the OXYGEN Summit is to foster an open discussion to identify challenges in building our joint future city projects and create the urban testbed platforms to connect every member city. The World Smart Cities Forum found OXYGEN Summit and the name OXYGEN Summit has various meanings besides the fact that it is the most necessary foundation for life.

Future OXYGEN Summits will be held multiple times a year - the cities involved in the Global TWIN CITIES Initiative will continue to grow in the coming three years with a focus on growth up to 21+ Cities by 2025 being directly involved.

Urban Testbed

Through our partners we intend to create the ecosystem to accelerate the growth of companies offering smart city solutions that could be deployed across those cities participating in the Global TWIN CITIES Initiative as well as in a post-war Ukraine. The WSCF is seeking to nurture a series Unicorn Businesses through our testbeds.

FUND

OXYGEN Fund is a private investment fund and is established as a special purpose fund invested in projects carried out for The Global TWIN CITIES Initiative.
